  • These blank individual plastic medical chart dividers are made from durable polyethylene that can withstand spills and is easy to wipe clean.
  • Can be reused for multiple patients, eliminating the cost of replacing less durable paper dividers.
  • Medical record divider sets have pre-punched holes made to fit 2, 3 and 5-ring Top Opening binders.
  • Each individual sheet is Cool Gray in color and precut to Tab 7 position. Personalize with permanent marker or a label maker. Sold in case of 50 individual dividers.
